Unnecessarily Continuous Directories Rejection?

Hello,
i work in a B2B website and i get good search engine ranking, alexa, compete and some other website calculator tools are shown my website is healthy, perhaps i create good backlinks. but in the last 2 weeks i will make some backlinks it will be rejected, especially most of the directories are continuously rejected. In last 10 days the moderator rejects approximately 150 links in directories. this unusual for my websites.
what is it, whats going on, why most of the directories only rejected. the remaining seo aspects, like blogs, bookmarking, articles, Social network posting seems working good.
perhaps the directories rejection happens, while i loss my search engine ranking also.
