Quick Question - Need Quick Answer Please

Hi,
I have built and customized a blog in a /test/ folder on my website...
ex. http://www.mysite.com/test/
I would now like the blog in the test folder to be in my main website directory - ie. i want it to be my website
My question to you -
"All I have to do is move all the wordpress files in the /test/ folder to the mysite.com/ directory? right?"
Are there any snags you could see popping up with my permalinks, other stuff, etc?

I wanna get my site up and running asap with the new blog and just wanted to run it by all you guys before I have huge problems
