Any Safe Backlinking Services?

Just when I'm ready to start outsourcing backlinks, it suddenly seems like not a smart thing to do.

Can anyone suggest a backlinking service that seems safe right now?

Or is it best to just forget about this for the time being, except for occasional pings?

    i would personally stick to stuff like


    blog comments
    guest posting
    articles
    social media

    and also use some fiverr gigs if you dont want to spend all your time building back links

    just make sure you only use the quality services not gigs that say they will build you 5000 blog comments etc because there just gona be garbage

    I've always heard that manual versus automated backlinks are best. It's becoming harder to do this these days, though-at least in my experience.
