Is it beneficial to have the web address to a product contain keywords instead of the title of the product, or should the title be exactly the same as the web address?

actually you're targeting different angle, one is the product name which is cool and another one is keyword related to the maybe buying keyword of the product. You can create both of this 2 angle, and earn more.. why just create one?

Maybe I should clarify, if the web address says: www.black-tee-shirts-t-shirts.com and the product title just says "Black Tee Shirts" is that ok? Or should the web address only be www.black-tee-shirts.com?

I know it's only an example but that would be the crappiest domain name, lol.

If you have more than one product (multiple t-shirts), rank internal pages.

      Example:
      • tshirtfactory.com
        • tshirtfactory.com/tshirts/
        • tshirtfactory.com/tshirts/red-tshirts/
        • tshirtfactory.com/tshirts/blue-tshirts/
        • tshirtfactory.com/tshirts/yellow-tshirts/
        • tshirtfactory.com/tshirts/green-tshirts/
        • tshirtfactory.com/tshirts/white-tshirts/
        • tshirtfactory.com/tshirts/orange-tshirts/

    SBSTS,

If it's in the same order as your keyword phrase exactly then you can rank for "black Tee Shirts" even if there are extra words in your domain. There are people who say that it has to be an EMD(Exact Match domain).

In my experience I can create a page on my site that has the exact keyword phrase and target the same way if my domain name does not exactly match. Though you should be targeting more than one keyword or keyword phrase.

As you do this more and more you will learn what is easy to rank with and what is not...so keep on going.
