Have some user submitted content on my websites, should I delete them?

I have a squeeze page which also links to a blog where it autoposts user submitted content with their own links in order to keep my website 'fresh' in google's eyes. Learning that google does not like duplicated content (user submitted content are normally duplicated) and outward bound links are bad, should I delete the content even though they are already indexed? Btw my blog is PR2, not sure if that affects the answer in any way. Thanks for the help!

Of course delete them or add some unique content to them.

The question is, they are already being indexed by google. Will removing such pages penalize my site too?
