SEO Report Said This... What's it mean?

I hope some kind Warriors will help a poor dumb newbie out with some explanations because I am struggling to understand some things. I did a Woorank report and ended up speaking to some nice people in the UK about the results. They sent me some recommendations and a quote for the work which was way out of my league in terms of price.
Can you explain what any of this means AND how do I fix it? (or point me to something that explains it - NB I have spent several hours searching Google, youtube and this forum for the information so please don't ask me to go search! Thx)
Conversion tracking to be installed to the website.
Your meta tags need to be amended to fit into Google's guidelines
Resolve canonical tag issues to prevent duplicate pages from being pick up.
Install H1 tag to heading of page
They also told me about the <title> in the Page Source (right click, view page source) which is just the title of the website but which should include all the KWs I am trying to compete for. Can anyone tell me where in my Wordpress Dashboard I go to edit this? I have been looking but I don't seem to be able to change it. I did manage to change the tiny pop up that you get when you hover the mouse over the header to include my KWs.
The site is ranking between 50 and 70 for a bunch of pretty competitive KWs, I am adding some super content and starting to create videos to get links from Youtube. If I can get these things optimised I might gain some ranking juice.
Any help would be really appreciated as I am both quite a noob and have no spare money to pay for help
