7search : Paid for 29 clicks, got 9 - why?

I have been using 7search to get my feet wet with PPC. I have had pretty good luck with one campaign and have just started doing a better job of installing proper tracking for conversion and such.
For today, one of my campaigns is showing 29 clicks, but my google analytics is only showing 9 visits.
It doesn't seem realistic to think that 66% of my clicks were from users with javascript disabled. Are there any reasonable explanations for this disparity?
