Maybe try text links I think they convert better in most cases, and I kinda doubt that niche is ever going to convert that well.

I only saw 1 adsense block. I would add a text block to blend in with your posts and make the sidebar ad block a straight image only ad. Also, swap the colors in your ad block. Make the heading the color of your links and the link inside your add the same color as the ad text.

I agree with the others you should try to look more professional and I would suggest you to use a leaderboard adsense block below the navigation menu. In my experiance this is the place that gets the more clicks...

Something else you should know is that our niche (seo, social media, internet marketing etc.) is not the best one for adsense since most visitors are very familiar with adsense and they just ignore it...

My first advice is buy your own domain. Its not gonna cost you more than 10 bucks a year. Trust me if you want to get good eyes of google, have your own domain.

Second try to get good URL. Avoid too many "-" in the URL. Google might consider the site as spam.

Third put ads based on your word count. If post is having one 200-300 words. Use only 1 ad unit on the very top before content.
If 300-500 words, 2 ad units and 1 link unit.
If > 600 words then 2-3 ad units as per ur choice and 1-2 link units.

Also I came to know about one cool tip yday which I myself was not aware of earlier. There is one cool tip to get targetted ads on your page. You use content target or section target on your page to tell google which section/content of your page to target to show ads.

Search on it on google, you will get the link. Use this tip to target the section of your page with highest paying keywords.

I believe implementing these simple tips will give u atleast 20-30% boost in your earnings for sure.
But first thing first..get a good domain of your own.

You got some good advises Openxcell, However...

I can't believe only ltrain_riders addressed this issue -> you HAVE to create at least one ad, preferably 336x280 square to blend inside each post (blend it top left).

    Thank me later

Lets face it, people have become more ad blind. Unless you blend in with the rest of the site, its going to be hard.

It is quite clear that you picture ads earn more then text ads, therefore you should try for pictures ads as well as try to increase your traffic.

Did you check what is the overall CPC is of the niche? This is important and also where is your traffic coming from?

The quality of your traffic can also determine what you get paid as well. The best type of traffic is usually search engine traffic.

Is that where most of your traffic is coming from?

    Ok,

Here is the best one. Try to place the relevant ads.

I mean to say if you have a blog on SEO, then show the ads related to SEO.

I am sure it will definitely get hits.

    in addition

Only Build a few backlinks to each post per day

Be discipline and you will see huge changes.

The question is are you discipline enough to stick to it?

(After 90 days login into your adsense acc and you will be say "WOW" )

I think webmasters should abandon Adsense because it means really only ''Add cents". Be fully dependent on one greedy company with your income, then better work for a company full time. You should focus on other types of site monetization and escape evil google who can slap you anytime.
