Guest blogging community, want to join?

Hi folks,
I have been thinking of this Idea for a long time and it came the time to spit that out.
So, I have 4 blogs with 2/3 PR, concerning mainly internet marketing, web design and e-mail marketing topics. All blogs are kept up to date, and at least 3 out of 4 are updated monthly, if not weekly sometimes.
My idea aims at creating a sort of community where we can post on each other blogs, ONLY QUALITY AND RELEVANT CONTENT.
Goes without saying that this is for link-building purposes, but it also clear that I am not looking for spammy low quality content, but rather people interested in spreading their content and creating quality backlinks via high quality content.
No money is involved, no advertising..no "I ll give you 10000 pounds in 1 second" and all of that.
What is involved, is purely collaboration and the willingness to create a sort of community where we can share relevant content throughout a variety of blogs. I can contribute with 4 to begin with.
