Please tell me not to do this...

Okay, so I am on the verge of wanting to reply to the Big G and their Adwords and giving them an eye full via email reply, but I know I probably shouldn't.

Long story short, I got banned last year for testing a Clickbank product on an ad (yeah, I know, I had no idea when I tried it at the time) and got my Adwords account banned indefinitely it seems.

The funny thing with them was, no warning, nothing at all, and then slam! It was for a weight product that I tested the ad to which got me shut down permanently.

I tried to plead with them via phone, via email, etc. because they kept saying on email that it was due to "multiple violations" and I know damn well that the only thing that seemingly screwed up my Adwords account WAS that CB product test. Prior to that, I had Adwords up and running for over a year or so with no issues.

So I took a stab and tried to email them one final time to plead with them my mistake, that I apologized for it, that I could guarantee that I would never do it again and that I would only advertise the websites that I was advertising that were within TOS, etc.

I don't know how much nicer or apologetic I could've been, but just as I had thought before appealing one more time, that it would all be in vain.

So lo and behold, the Third Reich Iron Curtain Big G proved me right of course. And their scripted reply was:

Thank you for your email.

Your Google AdWords account xxx-xxx-xxxx (I x'd the number) has been suspended due to multiple Policy disapprovals (again with multiple??). Upon review, we've determined that this account suspension was made in accordance with AdWords policy and procedure. For this reason, we aren't able to revoke your account suspension and won't accept advertisements from you in the future. (you ARE able, you just don't want to, and the slap in the face is "won't accept advertisements from you in the future).

For information on the terms associated with AdWords account use, please
review our Terms and Conditions at
https://adwords.google.com/select/tsandcsfinder. To learn more about
AdWords policies, including our suspension policies, you can review our

We appreciate your cooperation.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Amita.

So I want to give them a mouthful but I'm sure this is not the proper thing to do. I've seen people say that they were able to plead the case and some were lucky enough to get reinstated. I guess that wasn't the case with me so I just felt the need to vent a bit. Sorry to any warriors I irritate with this post.

I guess short of the commonly stated "get a new card, new IP, proxy, new name, change your identity, and not promote the same websites that were promoted prior (to which this wouldn't work for me as the sites I was promoting ARE the sites I want to promote), there are no other options, am I right?

I've seen these sites such as PPCExpress that claims (keyword claims) they can help people get reinstated. I contacted them via phone and it would cost a grand or so to do if not more depending on the situation and circumstances (sounds fishy to me). There are some others as well. I can't say whether they're legit or not as I don't know, but I do not get a great vibe from them so I of course won't be kicking out the money.

Anyone else out there have any thoughts at all? Should I officially throw in the ads towel for them and take my losses (sorta)? I'm trying Bing / Yahoo now but nowhere near the same magnitude of impact as Adwords, sadly. And with Media Buys, I don't find many that relate to hip hop that work for me, so my niche is just a difficult one to find alternatives for that work better.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

I'd just register an LLC and open a new adwords account with G. no reason why advertising the same sites would flag anything.. it would just look like the site owners switched marketers.
