Hi guys,

Can i ask if it still safe to hit the 1st tier of web 2.0 sites the ones that point directly to my site with large`ish 7000 comment blasts of scrapebox ??

Seen a few people on the forum saying theres no problem blasting a 1st tire with scrapebox and others say build another layer and only blast that ??

Any advice ?

thanks Jim

Hey, I don't think the link from Facebook is being valued most by Google
anyway, we can't say anything at this point as Google had made its alogrithm ups and downs which offers negative user (google user) experiecne

yes but they are, because i saw many facebook notes on top in google on my niche. so they must giving much value to main sites.

Have you noticed it since last night? or few days/weeks back?

If since last night, I would say that is result of last night Google changes..

Blast away. I don't see Google penalizing the Tier 2.0s. But you never know.

I do it a bit differently. Instead of hundreds of thousands of nofollow links I'll try 80/20 "dofollow" blasts on my tiers. Usually less than 5,000 overall, but it seems to be a LOT more effective when 80% of them are DoFollow.

You might want to wait a week to blast anything until the dust settles with this latest round of changes.

I would suggest you not do it...if you wish to do it, blast it to the 2nd level will be better..

You'd be better off using semi-quality web 2.0 posts as your second tier of links. Blog comment spam is so played at this point. And where would you get your list? Fiverr? Blasting those tier 1 links with comment spam for anything other than indexing is not going to be very effective.

Generally I would say it is safe. Haven't had any problems in the past.
