OK I ll try and explain this as best as I can. We are noticing that we are not getting conversions from Customers visiting our site through Internet Explorer. We have also started receiving phone complaints from customers stating that they cannot request a quote on our site. We started asking for detailed info from these customers to see if we could 'drill down' to the problem. There was two common denominators - (1) they would fill out the quote form but the 'get quote' link was 'dead'. (2) 90% of them were using internet explorer. I am trying to communicate this issue to our service provider, who manages our quote app in question, but they are reluctant to take responsibility. Stating that they cannot replicate the problem. Before I go back to them I would like to be certain about the issue.
