Help! No conversions with Internet Explorer.

OK I ll try and explain this as best as I can. We are noticing that we are not getting conversions from Customers visiting our site through Internet Explorer. We have also started receiving phone complaints from customers stating that they cannot request a quote on our site. We started asking for detailed info from these customers to see if we could 'drill down' to the problem. There was two common denominators - (1) they would fill out the quote form but the 'get quote' link was 'dead'. (2) 90% of them were using internet explorer. I am trying to communicate this issue to our service provider, who manages our quote app in question, but they are reluctant to take responsibility. Stating that they cannot replicate the problem. Before I go back to them I would like to be certain about the issue. If possible, I would ask if a handful of people could go to our site and test our app using internet explorer and then post your results. If you could go to Secure Quote - Autoline, fill out the quote form, and then see if the 'get quote' button will work. Any help would be appreciated this is really killing my conversions and need to get this resolved.

    Why don't you fill in your form using Internet explorer to test out if your customer is telling the truth then check if you can receive it? Ask your customers IE version if it is different from yours.

    Im on mac. I am in the process of installing 'virtualized' IE right now, but I have a meeting with my app provider in 30 minutes and I was hoping to get some quick feedback from multiple people using multiple different IE versions.
