Are you noticing that your site is back from latest algo update???

I have 10 websites. All of them have high quality unique content. Yesterday, 4 websites lost its rank affected by new algo update.

My penalized sites already in page 1 and page 2 for its targeted keyword fall into page 4 until page 8.

I noticed today some of my penalized sites back. My rank as today :

Site 1

Before 24th April Update :

KW1 - 6
KW2 - 18

Yesterday :

KW1 - 56
KW2 - 77

Today :

KW1 - 8
KW2 - 21

Site 2

Before 24th April Update :

KW1 - 11
KW2 - 8

Yesterday :

KW1 - Not in Top 100
KW2 - Not in Top 100

Today :

KW1 - 19
KW2 - 5 (Thanks Matt Cunts )

Site 3


Before 24th April Update :

KW1 - 17
KW2 - 3

Until now (Not back yet):

KW1 - Not in Top 100
KW2 - 19


Site 4 (My main websites, Very strong Link Profile)


Before 24th April Update :

KW1 - 8
KW2 - 6

Until now (Not back yet):

KW1 - 33
KW2 - 29


Another site of mine (the newest one,3 weeks old) reach page one #7 for its main keyword (quiet competitive). I just buy one seo package from warrior and received my reports today for this site.

The questions are :

Why Site 4 that has very strong link profile (high PR on Page links, Unique and readable no spun web 2.0 properties, no spun content links) get penalized?

Why my fairly new sites (3 weeks old) got #7 spots (i just buy one seo package for this site that using spun article)?

Does Google love new website instead high authority site?

    Im seeing a lot of garbage right now in the search. Some of the #1 sites in my searches have zero or really poor content.

    I think we sit and wait for the algo to runs its course.

    I agree. I think it's way too early to start speculating on exactly what sites are being targeted and WHY. Also way too early to start making changes to your sites...

    Clearly the search results are far from optimal right now. There's no way Google let's them stay this way. So we just need to be patient and let this thing run its course before we start trying to "make sense of it all"...

    Thanks for posting those results, I have unique content sites, that lost their rankings except for one site that was burried and somehow ended up on the first page.

    So it's like everything was upside down from the way it should be...

    So far I only have one site that has returned back to it's number one position. I'm hopeful after seeing your post that the rest will return today.
