    Mine did the exact opposite. #1 result to #60 and another site went from 1st page to 14th page. The new rankings are pretty screwed up but my sites don't deserve to be top spots either

    Here is another explanation : Google destroyed a lot of good sites on 24th and your crappy site took advantage of the void.

      Yup. There is no denying a lot of good sites have plummeted due to the updates but those are just the minority who are suffering from the updates.

      If my site that contains 450 articles, manually written by my friends, majoring in their field that is relevant to the site are crappy, that means there is a 90% chances your site is in this category too.

      Rant at me all you want. I don't really give a hoot. I am here to help those who really need it.

      Haha. Luck is always use by the majority to describe the minority who work hard, day and night, to achieve something extraordinary, while the rest are sleeping or going on their daily chores.

      I am not here to boast or anything. I am just here to encourage people NOT TO GIVE UP, especially at this critical junction.

      Look on the bright side, isn't now the best time to dominate the serps when everyone is swearing off Google and giving up on their sites?

      I am not promoting any wso either; not now or in the near future. I am making enough from my sites than to entertain anymore commitments than I can handle anyway.

    i got slammed.... no idea how or why either... we do all white hat stuff... site is still indexed... nothing in webmaster tools either...

    how does a blog, with original content stop ranking? i mean that makes no sense.

    weird.

    they REALLY F*cked up this update... the search results are horrible.

    I searched "make money online" and the #1 result is a blank forum, same for other keywords.

    what a joke.

    I rank my site for very hard keywords and suddenly they disappear from Google. And believe me site which are rank now has nothing in them, no links, no content, Its look like Google want to sale ranking now, SEO is useless.
