I was using a lot of hidden text in my web page to rank well in Google as most of my competitors were doing the same ant to get a good keyword density but in last 10 days I have lost all my ranking and I think this is because of Google's latest update. My webpage Already have quality content but as this is a online shopping site so words like "Price" , "sale" and "offers" have more density than actual targeted keywords.

So please tell me , Now what to do ? How to regain the reputation and get out of the penalty and how to manage the keyword density problem ?

You shouldnt be using hidden text. Did your other competitors get hit as well?
Do you have alot of backlinks with the same anchor text?
do you have lot of backlinks on unrelated websites?
Do you have any social on your sites? facebook, twitter,

Forget about conversions and ranking for now.

Pick a keyword that you want to rank for.
Put yourself in the shoes of that person searching for that keyword (Cheap small blue widgets)
What would I want to see on a website?
    - I am price comparison small blue widgets
    - I would also like to see review of different small blue widgets
    - I would want to see a well layed out website where I can easily see the price differences of the different small blue widgets as well as their star rating and reviews for each one.

Once the user clicks on your site, you want he/she to find exactly what they want and quickly.

Hidden text is a big no no and has been for years... I would definitely remove all hidden text immediately.

Not all hidden text is bl@ck hat.

Plenty of legit reasons to use hidden text on Tabs, Sliders, Navigation.

Just because they are legit reasons, does that mean it's not black hat? Only till they get penalized with the next algo update...

        Update:
It's not black hat. When you "hide" text as Yukon was saying, Googlebot views your page with and without CSS enabled, so it sees all the text.

My webpage Already have quality content but as this is a online shopping site so words like "Price" , "sale" and "offers" have more density than actual targeted keywords.
Hidden text and quality content are not compatible ideas. Your site had sh*t content and got destroyed by Google. Write better content and get better backlinks.

        Update:
Not going to happen for the 3 things I pointed out.

There are obvious differences between white hat & bl@ck hat hidden text.

Tabs, Navigation, & Sliders are typical things on most web pages.

This forum runs legit hidden Navigation & the site is still doing fine, why, because it's legit & no big deal.

That hidden Nav. on WF could easily be keyword rich anchor-text (still white hat).

Generalizing all hidden text as Bl@ck hat isn't practical, even Google runs hidden text on some of their own Nav. links.

Google innounced the word "hidden text penalty" in its update and they are hitting websites very hard which are doing this black hat technique
remove all the hidden anchored text and try to convince Google again.

Old black hat thing. I'm surprised you lasted this long. Yukon is right but that text is not specifically hidden just behind other things etc... If you hid it by making it the same color as the background or something then you are in trouble. Just write more proper content and build out your site with it.
