    There are many non-legit ways to obtain a 10% ctr on large scale. But honestly your account would last 16 hours

    Clicking on your ads will yield to losing you account. If your visitors naturally click on your ads and the CTR becomes 10%, Google has no problem with it, but if you do it yourself or encourage your visitors to click on your ads, Google will ban your account.

      No,,I mean If the CTR reaches 10% from my visitor clicking, I am not trying to do any thing that violate Adsense TOS and I respect their policies

        In this case, if everything goes natural, i think Google has no problem with 10% CTR. There are many websites that their CTR is something about 10%.

    Shouldn't be a problem. I enjoy a good ctr rate of 18% on some of my sites. The keyword and the ads that show are just that relevant.

    Yes you can have 10 % CTR. But, from my experience, CTR is most dependable about site niche.
    It is very little theme related. Since I have a site about PC tutorials, and it is 'no click' niche, because most of the visitors are aware of ads. I tried all high CTR wordpress theme without any success. CTR is always the same, with very little changes.
    In my opinion, sites with the best CTR are in housewives niches and child niches.

    it depends on your site visitors and which niche they are from. because you can't force your visitors to click on your ads if so, you'll get ban from publishers network.

    I think cpc or ppc or advertising should be the last option for SEO person.... If linkbuilding, forum posting, blog commenting is not working to increase visitor then one should think about ppc....

    Google is more intelligent than us. Google can find each any every click on your ads. If they got few click from same IP and location then they banned your ads or your account. You cannot increase your CTR on this way. You can create attractive ads and content on your ads. Target your unique audience and keywords... Automatically your CTR will increase.
