UNless you are posting to your own sites I believe amr is dead.

I check unique snippets of articles i run through amr and none show in google serps meaning they are not indexed meaning they are doing more harm then good.

This is my experience but it may not be yours.

Is that due to the fact that Google is detecting that the same article is appearing on lots of sites? I thought this was known as syndication and there is nothing wrong with the same article appearing on lots of sites.

I know BMR got punished, but wasn't that because their blogs left a footprint? AMR submits to article directories, but they don't share a footprint because they aren't on any "network" the AD's are independent of each other.

there is a fine line between syndication and spam.

I syndicate my content but only to quality 2.0 sites that google doesnt hate

Also the amr sites not only were mostly crap but also published 90% spun garbage which google can spot 90 miles away.

do a test take one article and leave one sentence in it unspun make sure the sentence is structured in a way so that it has likely never before

then do an exact match search after a week. if you see your article then congratualtions if you dont you know why
