Looking for a short term Adsense Mentor

I have a few sites already and I make a little money from adsense but I'd like to get to the next level. With so many 'strategies' out there it can be overwhelming. I'd love it if anyone who has proven success (for more than a couple months) could help me learn their tricks a bit.

Here's what I've got to offer...
An approved adsense account I've been using for 4+ years
I'm an experienced writer who speaks/writes in native English.
I have hosting
I have Market Samurai
I've got a little bit of online income I can re-invest.
I've got time.
I've got some general knowledge and experience.

Here's what I'd like to propose to any adsense expert:
I will work for you to create your next adsense site. It will be your domain, your hosting, your everything. I'll just do all the writing, link building, whatever else needed for it, at your direction. You will instruct me in what you're looking for, critique my methods (if necessary), show me how to do things I don't know how to do. I'll do this for a few months until the site is up and running smoothly.

What we each get:
You get a new adsense site made to your specifications which could potentially make you quite a bit of money over the years (or you can sell it).

I get to learn how to make more adsense sites myself so I can successfully build up my online income.

Please reply here or PM me if you're interested. since I'll be doing a significant amount of work for you I'd appreciate it if you have some sort of proof (yes, I know it can all be faked) that you know what your doing with adsense sites.

Thank you for your time.

i could use some help too. i was inspired by fellow warrior UKCarl about five weeks ago and since then have built 15 adsense sites.

i just got into im about two months ago and have no idea if what i'm doing is right. i write well and i work hard. that's all i have going for me...

of the fifteen sites, only one is ranking at 3 on page 1. the rest aren't even close to being decently ranked.

if anyone has some tips i'd love to hear it.

      thanks in advance.

Are the keywords for your sites highly competitive? How many pages does each site have?

the keywords are mostly low to medium competition.

my sites have: 3 posts @ 700 words/post, plus 3 pages (about, contact us and privacy).

          what i do for traffic:
          1. as soon as the site's launched, i get a fiverr gig for social bookmarking
          2. seven days after launch i take one of the posts from the site and submit to five article directories (as is, NOT SPUN)
          3. seven days after launching i start submitting articles (SPUN) using AMR, at 50 submissions per day to build backlinks to my site
          4. ten days after launch i use AMR to backlink to the five published articles, that is, to backlink my backlinks

Here is some advice for free:

There is not enough content...3 posts of 700 words is nothing.
Getting a fiverr gig for social bookmarking the moment the site launches is about as unnatural as it could be for google.

You want to make money quickly, that much i understand, but adsense has evolved into a marathon, not a sprint and google continues to change their algos to reflect just that.

            Hope this helps.
