Market Samurai KW parameters for Adsense

Hello Warriors!
I have a question regarding Market Samurai and the method of keyword research relating to adsense websites. Doing my research online, not surprisingly most people have different opinion regarding search counts, competing sites and so on but I thought I might ask the question here to clarify it further.
What is the ultimate parameters to work against for a good Adsense site?
This is what I use but, what do you guys think? Is it good? Am I over or under in any of them? Should I include other parameters?
SEO Traffic (SEOT): 100
Adwords CPC (AWCPC): 1
SEO Comp (SEOC): 20000
Title Comp (SEOTC): >50.000
URL Comp (SEOUC): >50.000
SEO Value (SEOV): 40
I'm that informed what the other functions are for but maybe if someone sees that I am missing a important factor can chip it in here.
Also, I should also say that these are under EXACT search counts.
If you have any tips regarding what parameters I should use of if you are happy to share how you do it please post!
