Hi, I was wondering if its wise to send spun AMR articles backlinks to my money pages?? or just use them as backlinks to my backlinks.

Does anybody have some insight on this is it still safe to use these type of backlinks or not? my article's sentence's are spun 5 times each is this considered spammy these days?

Yes it's safe but use it wisely, don't use your exact targeted keyword in every campaign for ex: if your keyword is "test", also use "click here for test" "here is test" "see the test here".

How do you know its safe? I thought these are the type of low quality backlinks which Google are devalueing?

I still use them to backlink web 2.0 pages and only a few go directly to my money site, and like TheProgrammer said, vary you anchortext!

I dont think anyone really know if tools like amr are safe now. I would be very wary. Wait to see how the dust settles

I've never done spun content. I just "syndicate" the same article via AMR through a list of sites that at least have a domain that makes it look like an article directory. No sites were hit by Penguin from this tactic. Spun content is a waste of time and effort and is quickly becoming obsolete - not to mention dangerous to the long term health of your rankings.
