    It's safe depending on if you buy it from someone reputable and don't pay a lot of money for it. Just make sure you change the password. Usually a sales thread in certain forums are your best bet and just read everyone's feedback and you'll be safe.

    You'll be banned from Adsense sooner or later, from buying Adsense accounts.

    Try reading the Adsense TOS, before you get ripped off buying accounts.

    The only possible way you can buy out an account is If that account is directly owned by a legit business. That small business will need a valid tax ID.

    No it is not safe, you will get caught, it's only a matter of time and will lose any earnings accumulated in the account at the time.

    If you need to buy an account I am guessing you have been banned before or have something else going against you preventing you from getting a legitimate account?

    Don't do it, period. I understand it can be frustrating not being able to quaulify for your account, but acting out of desperation will only lead to even more frustraion.

    My sugesstion...

    1. Partner with a friend, a real one that you know and trust, and have them create an account that both of you can use. This can still be risky, make sure its some you trust enough to let them hold your wallet.

    2. Find an alternative monetization method. While AdSense is one of the easiest and effective ways to get started its not the only game in town.

    I would say its all luck of the draw, you could get an account that has no issues or it could get banned within a week. It all depends on who you get it from and what they used it for.
