Google banned lots of my sites (some of them didn't even have a single bad backlink). I'm planing to move the content from the banned site to a new domain, but as i did the research, content of some sites have been crawled and indexed by some sites, like www extrade.net What should i do?

Thank you

Why did they say your site was banned?

    Yea, just fix the problem.

If you duplicate the site on a new domain you will experience the same results.

You might think to start from the very beginning.
    Penalty means de-indexed or sandbox.
Just learn from the mistake and make sure to "run again".

If your site has duplicate content or copied content from other website, you need to remove those content and update your site with fresh and quality content and again start your SEO work. This will help in indexing your site again. No need to go for new domain with the same content, as this may also result in the same way. Just sign into webmaster and send request for reconsidering your site. You explain in detail in request. Google members will help you in suggesting few things for your site to get again indexed in Google.

    Thanks

I appreciated ur answer, but none of you really answered my question.

I do have unique content. Before google banned my site, some directory site indexed my site, and caught part of my content. For example, http://www.martlinker.com/mwww-honol...-com.html(This is not my site). Thus if i now move the content to a new domain, it'll become non-unique content. I've emailed the website owner to remove the content, but they just don't response.

I think, first of all you have know why Google banned your site.Mat be you contain some violated content and some sites could be penalized where you get backlinks>In that case you to send an email to the Google and know the reason then you should put a further step.

If your site is penalized by google means there is an issue with your bad quality of work. Check your back-links again. Have a look on google updates also. something wrong is going on.

I think there is no need to transfer your content or all data on another domain.

Check your site properly , you can also change your content & passes it through the Copyscape Plagiarism Checker - Duplicate Content Detection Software to approve the content.

Hard to say if you have any choice if the webmaster of the website who have copied your content is not replying. The only think you can do it to report that site to Google but they will take sometime to respond without a surety that they will de-index the content which is rightfully yours. Just give a last check if you can fix your website because it has been given a warning not a punishment so their will be a way out.

Correction. You banned your own sites. Google has rules for a reason.

Google doesn't "ban" people for "duplicate content". I wish that myth would go away for good. Google isn't the Plagiarism Police. They'll just rank the content that they feel is the original, or authoritative source.

Also, you don't get "banned" for having bad backlinks. They just don't rank you for the keywords that they feel you are manufacturing authority for.

My guess is you were doing something naughty on-page. You probably got caught doing something silly like cloaking on-page links, auto-redirecting in a sneaky way, or something to that effect.

I agree on the duplicate content statement up to a point. Google is THE master of content "curation" and if done correctly and not as the primary source of content, should be good.

Were you using any automation that could be misconstued as violating their terms?

Sometimes, Googles "agents" or bots just get stupid. Correcting and resubmit one you are satisfied that it's all whitehas/squeaky clean. Even then you may have to replant the pastures!

They did this to one of my blogs, but I knew that I was getting auto-blog happy torwards the end...

Google does not hate duplicate content. They index it and rank it all
day long. Duplicate content is NOT the problem.

People just toss duplicate content out there because they just don't
    want to face the truth.

When talking about duplicate content, the "penalty kind," people just
don't quote the thing from google, which is something like this:

If your site scrapes or copies content from other sites, and that's all it
does, and it's not presented in a useful, unique, and worthy way, then
    it's JUNK.

Google news, failblog, wikipedia, amazon, ebay, gasbuddy etc are classic
cases of using the same content, presented in a useful way.

Lyric and joke sites, even youtube, with the same friggin video across
multiple channels, are even more examples.

NYT is another example of copying the same articles from reuters and AP,
that every other major news site does. Even yahoo news just rebrands it.

It's not duplicate content. Never has been.

I've got to disagree - duplicate content sank my site's rankings. Why? Because my content was EVERYWHERE. Some stuff I posted to higher PR sites than my own, other stuff was stolen. Google no longer knew which article was the original. I even found a blogspot copy of my article with an older date than my original article!

Google has obviously built some sort of filter that says some sites are OK to copy content from other sites. Maybe it just bases it on PR.

Now I'm using sitemaps and DMCA I should do better, but don't underestimate the problems of your content getting stolen and the traffic going to the stolen article!

An interesting side story is that if I find a blogspot with AdSense that's stolen my content and ranking higher than my own article, I'd have a pretty open and shut case for compensation from Google
