click no earning

hi

had a click with no earnings showing yet in adsense i read this means an invalid click but i haven't done an invalid click. Sent feedback to google asking about it only happened today....

Read on someones blog this means your going to get banned

    No reason to contact google.

    An invalid click does not mean YOU did something wrong.

    Invalid clicks are normal and happen all the time.

    They happen for a variety of reasons, like accidental click,
    clicking out too soon, etc.

    Images probably get more accidental clicks than text.
    Sometimes a click sends the person to an offer for
    completion, and they must complete it. Like filling out
    a form.

    Invalid clicks don't get you banned. Click fraud does.
    Clickfraud is not getting invalid clicks. You accidentally
    clicking on a link is an invalid click, but that won't get
    you banned either. One day I know I accidentally clicked
    5 times, dang it.

    Now before people explode, there is a ratio. If the majority
    of your clicks continue to be invalid, and that's rare for
    normal people, then they may disable adsense on the site.

    Disabling adsense on a site is not a ban either. It happens.

    Thanks paul. Appreciate the reply. I checked my ad types and it appears this click is for a flash ad type. Ive only had 8 clicks this is my 8th. Still new to adsense.

    Good to know an inactive click isn't a sign of danger to come working hard on my sites.
