Niche keyword help?

Hi there,

I am new to the forum and to niche keyword research and would just like some feedback on the following question to make sure I am on the right path:

Let's say I go to semrush and search for the keyword - "Garden":

Then semrush returns the top 10:
olive garden busch gardens olive garden menu madison square garden garden ridge hilton garden inn better homes and gardens busch gardens williamsburg olive garden coupons

No what I want to know is for niche sites do I create 1 website that is based on all garden keywords or do I take the for example the top keyword "olive garden" and built a site with the following keywords:

olive garden
olive garden menu
olive garden coupons
olive garden locations
olive garden recipes
olive garden nutrition
olive garden coupon

Sorry if this is a dumb question but when u start all of this is quite confusing.

    It depends on how in-depth you would like to go. Some people would create a site called 'olivegardenrecipes.com' others would do 'olivegarden.com' and then lots of pages for menu,coupons etc. A micro niche is a niche within a niche so olivegardenrecipes would be the answer. If however you want a micro authority site for olive gardens then go down the other route
