How to get a Relevant high PR do-follow backlink easily.

It often seen that many try to obtain relevant backlink with high PR and dofollow tag. For them, I can suggest by what I got the same. Here is what I did:
I first wrote an Unique content of about 700+ words related to my keyword. Then I added some photos and inserted a Youtube video into the content and submit it at "Squidoo". Beside my regular link, I also pointed to an authority site. That's it. After the latest update, the page is now a PR-2! Just less then one month and without any sort of Backlinks. So, now I've got a Relevant, Do-follow and PR-2 backlink from that Squidoo Lens.
I seen a lots of lenses there with very high PR. So, if you try a bit, you can get your desired Relevant, high PR, Do-follow backlink with less labor.

      Thomas, I think you are misinformed, squidoo backlinks are "do follow"to my knowledge.

    And valuable enough to build more quality links.

    Forum posting in relevant and high PR forum site
    Social bookmarking in high PR sites
    Blog commenting in relevant blogs
    Guest blogging
    Q&A posting in relevant questions
    Article submission
    But do submit only quality content to get quality backlinks in natural way.
