Best Simple Free Adsense Wordpress Plugin?

I have several Wordpress sites to put Adsense on. Nothing fancy. I just want a couple things:
-Ability to easily change positions of ads to test things out
-Ability to put ads in posts and automatically have homepage only show ads on the first 3 listings and not the others so as not to go over the limit
Anyone here recommend a free plugin to do this? Which ones are you guys using?
