Only thing I can think of now is Brad Callen's SEO Elite, but link exchanges aren't too effective anymore so it's best to spend your time on other SEO methods that actually work in 2012

I do not want to make link exchange, just trying to remove if I have any sort of link exchange.

    Thank you

    I'm confused....

A link exchange should be something VERY apparent and something that you know that you are participating in. After all, you are exchanging links with someone, lol.

Most of the time there's scripts that manage these, you can do a site:URL.com check in Google and see if you have any of these type of pages. Or heck, do a url.com link search and it'll pull up pages on your site with the word link in it.

After all, this would have to be something you installed, or if you bought your site, something they installed.

You can check Google webmaster account under "external links.." to find the backlinks to your site. For the other question check your website contents for OBLs.

I thinks link exchange is one way for backlink. But be careful with the link quality and relevance.

try link:yourwebsite.com in google or you can do an acount on ahrefs.com

I'm still doing link exchange in my niche and the websites jump on the first page, what is good is the links stay not vanish after few days.

Now I'm just using different anchor texts

Check manually. If you are not going to make link exchange then you don't have to worry.

The best way if i'm correct you need to use something like SEOmoz to check your links pointing to your sites and pointing to others. Then go through them manually. But personally i don't have experience in link exchange as i've never done it.
