200 Articles on Long-Tail Keywords? How to Do It?

Hey
I have a site that has converted over the years quite well. ANd I have all of its long tail keywords recorded.. many which resulted in multiple conversions.
A lot of these keywords overlap, for example:
Hot Dogs
Greasy Hot Dogs
American Hot Dogs
German Hotdogs
Frankfurters
American Franfurters
Fat Free Hot Dogs
Vegetarian Hot Dogs
etc. etc.
But ... in rael life my keywords are even more overlapping. Basically they are all about the same thing.
My question to you:
What would you do with these keywords? Some have told me to put in categories, but if they are all the same category, how do I do that?
Or should I NOT put them on my site and sprinkle them around on feeder sites?
