What i do to rank for 60k exact term

Here is my current method i use to get a good rank for highly searched keywords, This was a test to one of my sites for a keyword that gets 60k exact searches in the UK.
I used weebly.com to put my site on to see if the method can work with the weebly platform. So here is my pretty basic method i used.
Ok the keyword I was looking to target was Faceparty
Here are the steps
1.Create a site at weebly.com (Nothing fancy)
2.Registered a domain name that had the keyword in it
3. Onsite SEO i believe is even more important these days so first of all i created 12 unique articles and made 12 separate pages on my site all targetting the same keyword phrase.
4. Make sure you set up different meta tags and descriptions etc for each page
6. Make a new 500 word article and spin to min 70% uniqueness
7.Create 30 web 2.0 dofollow properties and put in a spun article for each web 2.0 properties. Make sure your anchor text link for your keyword is near the top of the web 2.0 page.
8.Ping and submit the web 2.0's to linklious to help with indexing
9.Write another 500 word article for the keyword you want to target
10.Spin the article to at least 70% uniqueness (Best spinner i use)
11. Submit the web 2.0 properties to article directories using the article spun and made in step 11 (I use AMR and use the url rotator)
12. Ping and submit live articles to linklious
13. Create 30 more web 2.0 properties and link each spoke from the first linkwheel to each of the new web 2.0 properties
14. Ping and submit live web 2.0 properties created in step 13 to linklious
15.Submit the linkwheel spokes created in step 13 to article directories (Using AMR and the url rotator) Again using a spun article
16.Ping and submit the live articles from Step 15 to linklious.
17. Submit all the live articles to article directories using AMR (Use a spun article)
18. Ping and submit the live articles to linkpush
19.Using profile bot then set up profile with the anchor text of my keyword i want to target to all of my web 2.0 and live articles
20.Ping and submit to linklious all the live profiles in step 19
Repeat the above for each website page you want to rank for
