I need help. I'm trying to build my first adsense site. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello. I have a few adsense sites that I pay for in the wf for hire section.
I am trying to build my first adsense site and I open up this new thread to see if you guys can help me through the whole process.
Ok first of all, I used market samurai and google keyword tool
to do my keyword research.
The keyword that I chosed has 9,900 global searches with a cpc of $2.08
exact global searches 720 with a cpc of 0.10 cents
Keep in mind that I am just trying to learn how to build my first adsense site to get my feet wet. I know the cpc is low but again this is for learning purposes only. Once I get the hang of it I will pic a keyword with a better cpc.
Ok moving on, I went into market samurai and put in that keyword and went to keyword analisys. The filter that I used was "the challenge"
Here were my results for my 3 word keyword according to market samuraii:
SEOT 137 PBR 82% SEOC 23,700 AWCPC $8.44 AWV $65.33 SEOV $1153.76
Next I went into seo competition.
Here were the results, I am not going to mention all 10 sites but at least the top 3:
Site 1: Domain Age 10 PR2 Backlinks 18 DMOZ Y Yahoo Y Title N URL N DESC N Head Y
Site 2: Domain Age 3 PR 2 Backlinks 0 DMOZ N Yahoo N Title N URL N DESC N HEAD N
Site 3: Domain Age 15 PR 0 Baclinks 216 DMOZ Y Yahoo Y Title N URL N DESC N HEAD Y
As from what I can see, getting on the top 3 for this keyword should be easy, I think.
I purchased the exact match domain but with a dot net because dot com was taken already.
I installed in on wp yesterday.
Here are the plugins I installed so far:
1. akismet
2. all in one seo pack
3. cbnet ping optimizer
4. contact form 7
5. Google XML Sitemaps
6. Hello Dolly
7. Quick Adsense
8. Seo Easy Optimizer (SEO)
9. SEO Wordpress
10. WP Complete Backup
Ok so this is all I have for now. If you think I should delete any plugins from this list and install another one that you can recommend then please let me know as I am new at this and I want to get the plugins correct.

Now I was thinking about going to WF hire section and looking for a writer.
Also I watched this youtube video which has open up my eyes a little bit about lsi:
My next question is:
Can I build an adsense site with just one page or should I build several pages?
If I need to build more pages, does that mean I need to look for 4 more keywords that I can rank for?
I am confused about LSI? For example, if I decided to build my site for only 1 page, lets says 1000 words article, do I need to look for 4 or 5 lsi keywords to support my main keyword? How many lsi keywords do I need to support my main keyword that I am trying to rank for?
Also according to the video above, the keyword density should be 2.5%, that means if I hire a writer and I wanted a 1,000 word article, it will 1000x 2.5% equals 25 times. That means my main keyword should be in there 25 times which is a 2.5% keyword density, right or wrong? I hope I understood this right?
If that is the case, do I tell my writer the main keyword I am trying to rank for and my other 4 or 5 lsi keywords and he will write the article the way is suppose to be with the proper keyword density or I am suppose to figure all that out with for example a keyword seop optimizer that will show me how to optimize my site?
I am so confused about how to set up my article properly, highlight the main keyword in bold, link the anchor text, highllight the lsi keywords or not?
Anyways I think I am getting way ahead of myself and I need to take one step at a time.
First please let me know about my plugins above.
