How can I make Google to trust me again?

For who knows what reasons, by House Music blog is seen by Google as a "bad website". It got penalized at the Google Penguin update, it was banned for Google Adwords and Adsense and so on

My question is: how can I regain the trust of Google and other websites? Is there anything I can do now? Or after a website is "marked as spam" there is no turning back?

    What you need to do is the following :

    Add Google webmaster tools
    Check and find each unatural link and get them removed as soon as possible.

    Add unique content with pictures and videos inserted.

    Start back linking at a rate of 100 links per day, using different methods such as :

    Social bookmarks
    Social links (facebook, twitter, google pus one)
    Web 2.0's with unique content only!
    Manually blog comments with good quality responses to the blog your posting on. (not just "hey nice blog" etc..)
