Google sends me a letter yesterday saying "Come Back to Adwords" with a $100 credit.

So I sign onto my adword account and enter the $100 credit and start a campaign to send traffic to my blog (which happens to have a link to a clickbank product)

I know there are a million "Google banned me" posts and yes I wake up this morning, check my campaign and Google banned me. (So I guess putting a clickbank link at the bottom of an article is grounds to be banned for life? )

But get this.. I get an email this morning from google (I KID YOU NOT) saying...

Please rate your experience with google.

Is this a joke?

    No, it's not a joke. You are receiving automated form letters. Also, adding a single link to the bottom of a post one time is not grounds for banning alone. There is almost definitely more to the story.

      Google very much dislikes Clickbank.

      I wouldn't put it past them to close an account because of a Clickbank link. Crazy? Definitely. But I could see them doing it.

        Yeah Google hates Clickbank and Loves Amazon, but I have an affiliate site, and my pages that have affiliate links to Amazon rank at page 9, and the pages that link to Clickbank rank at top5

        I hate Amazon, and actually I hate Clickbank as well but for another reason

      Why the ... does Google even care about porn.

      I mean if people want that they should just deliver that.

      I mean we all watch porn now and then right, right?

      It's funny btw, when I type in webcam sex I get tons of adword ads, and when I type in Porn I get nothing.

        Google delivers a lot of it, including via adwords.
        Many porn sites have high PR, authority, etc.
        Sites like livejasmin are not a scam. They are
        not selling you a get rich product. They are
        not telling you that you can lose 50 pounds in
        2 days. Just for fun did a search for livejasmin.
        Yup. Adwords user!

        It's comparing apples to oranges.

        Like it or not, most clickbank products are scams, schemes,
        cons, and other endeavors. Run your car on water. Right.

        I know. Millions of happy clickbank users.

        Personally, I have nothing against clickbank products.
        If you can con people into buying one of them, more
        power to you. But I've seen some porn sites that
        were less objectionable than some CB shtuff.

        However, using logic, there is much more to the story.

        Oh, I don't personally frequent livejasmin. But being into
        top ranked site data, I know it is one if the biggest,
        baddest sites online. Who knew.

          FYI: I only promote Paleo recipe book and Article Marketing robot at my site. I avoid these con's like the plague, although AMR really had it's best time it still good to submit to blogs you own yourself.
