Yet Another Web 2.0 Question...

I'll try to make it simple. I typically use reputable ones like Posterous, Blogger, Opera etc...

I try to write about 4 or 5 original articles of about 400-500 words each. However, I update them monthly and add another article every 60 days.

These are original articles I write and they are not spun. Lately, because of Penguin, I have been adding ONLY one link per blog that links back to my main site and usually I don't use key words as anchor text. I'll use "here" or the domain name.

So here is the question. One link per 2000 or 2500 words isn't going to raise any red flags. I even throw in a link every other article to a Govt site, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, General Electric or some relevant big company.

But...would putting two links per every 2500 words be pushing it? It may appear that the blog is pointing directly to my website which I really don't want.

Thanks.
