[FREE Trick] How I beat Penguin Update - My Method!

Hi Fellow Warriors,
Most of my sites that were ranking in the top 3 for my main phrases are now not even in top 100 they are gone.
However a few of my sites are still on top 3 as they were just before the penguin update so no change at all.
My sites that are still ranking very high have the following:
- wordpress with thesis theme
- original 400 word articles 20+
My trick is simple I used 1-3 OUTGOING LINKS on each and every article to related helful free reference sites that in no way compete with me like wikipedia's internal pages or medical websites.
Say you have an article about "penis enlargement" you just skim through your article and find random keyphrases you can use to link to wikipedia or medical sites.
For example the words could be "erectile dysfunction" and "penis enlargement" Any words will do as long as there is a wikipedia or free resource available for it on google.
So you just go to google and type in your words and find wikipedia sites or other free medical/reference sites and link to the related url's.
Make the links so they open up in a new window.
I am using text colour BLACK and link colour BLUE have not tried using same link colour as text colour, so I wouldn't know if that would count as spam.
I have also blasted these sites using scrapebox and no negative effect at all.
It's a simple trick and I suggest you take the time to apply it, youc an even outsource it if you have many articles and can spend 10 minutes teaching someone how to do it on skype!
