    Remove Spammy link's, Content duplicacy, Use less keyphrases in content, use fresh and uniq content, Do less quantity with high quality SEO activity and wait for next updates, in coming updates you will recover. You have need for wait for some time to recover again.

    It seems that your website is changing its rant regularly.If so then you should concentrate to make few natural looking links.Your site will be back soon.And if it is not in SERP then there is very little chance to come back.

    I've found that you will get better results if you try to be natural When writing content. I mean don't plug your keyword too often and don't put it on sentences where it sounds odd. I know this is a subjective decision, but the main thing is to be natural and don't write artcles for the sole purpose of pleasing the search engines. Sounds counterintuitive but I have seen results that say otherwise. So my advice is to go back and reread the content on the site and see ifthere are any artiee you can improve on.

    Penguin seems to be looking at three major facotrs...
    1)If the majority of website's backlinks are low quality or spammy looking.
    2)If majority if a website's backlinks are from unrelated websites.
    3)If too many links are pointing back to a website with exact match keywords in anchor text.
    So avoid these thing,you can avoid penguin effect very easily.........and also check your submission again and remove duplicate content,if possible...Your websites's rank will grow up....
