Scrapebox Question: Would Appreciate Your Input

This will be a basic question for someone but it is driving me crazy. I have spent the last week checking the pageranks for some urls. The reason is because I am using the same public proxies and they die after a while. What I want to do is say pagerank check 100k,then remove these from my list of 1mill urls and then carry on checking the pagerank. Can anyone help me here. Can it be done in scrapebox or do I need to buy some program?

    Split the list multiple text files, each with 100k URLs. This can be done within Scrapebox. "Export URL List / Export as Text and Split List"
