      I have recently begun using ping.fm a bit more and noticing an increase serps. I have also had success with wiki link building.

    Using diverse anchor texts. in-short google understands that not all webmaster will link to you with the same anchor text. e.g if you want to rank for 'mortgage loans' not everyone is going to link to you with that keyword. Some will link to you with, 'click here', 'read more here' and so on. So try making your anchor text diverse.
