First set good design and post 20/30 quality posts to your site and wait 1/2 month, because adsense doesn't approve newly created sites or sites without content.

It may sound disappointing, but it's true: Adsense won't make you any money. I got 6000+ pageviews, but only $0.01 so far. It has been weeks, but there 's no increase. People on the internet have gone more tech savvy and can easily differentiate between an ad and article. I would rather suggest you go for a cpm type ad where you get paid for views and NOT clicks which are hardly to be gained.

"Adsense won't make you any money" Not True.

Your adsense CTR and CPC will depend on a variety of factors. Not all niches are created equal, some are more profitable than others. 6,000 pageviews and only .01 is odd....I wonder where you're going wrong.

If you want to post your site we can take a look and give some suggestions.

Well, that's a good start, but you'll need to give us some more information before we can help:

              • what's your niche
              • what's your url (would help if we could see the site)
              • what's your competition like?

we need to experiment the positions, changing the ad positions and tracking with channels will help you to find a good spot to earn more clicks.

Here are some quick keys to success with respect to adsense niche sites and there respective profitability:

          • This won't come easy and it will be more difficult than you anticipate (if it was easy, everyone would do it)
          • Diversify your traffic base e.g. organic, social media, referrals, joint ventures, guest posts, etc.
          • Use a high CTR theme. I have my own CTR theme that performs well, but "CTR theme" is something I also use and it also works well.
          • Try to avoid low CPC keywords if possible (unless your CTR and traffic is extremely high)
          • Stop checking your traffic stats!!! I'm also guilty of this......try and only check once a day at the most, just ends up being a waste of time.
          • Stick with high value tasks. For example you'll get much more value from writing quality article than doing random blog comments.
Anyone else have some additional tips??

You have to do reserach; whos more likely to click on some ads; kids or adults? I hope your keyword wasn't aimed toward children.

Even if it was aimed at adults you need to know who your audience is; people who might want to buy something or people who are just there for browsing.

if your site is about weight loss more people will be inclined to buy guaranteed; on the other hand, if your site is about how go to sleep, I don't see any audience there

Yes you can got adsense account for your blog site, but for that you have to follow Google Adsense's rules and regulation. Use only quality content for your blog, avoid duplicate content or spun content for your blog websites. This is the major thing that google adsense always check...

    Best of luck.....

Truly speaking I never click any adsense since last 4-5 years. So, the people who are using internet for so long they will be just omit ads from their eyes. You can't expect enough money from adsense unless your site is health or Government related types...

You can emphasis to increase traffic to your site by your contents and then you can sell your webpage space for monthly advertisement to other webmasters.

First of all you need to know about "adsense" if you wanna make money with adsense you need to be focus.Once you learn, go and outsource a site with a warrior services, you can find loads here, just click on "search" "adsense sites for sale" or something similar, after you have a nice site with 20-50 posts, will take a least 2-3 months to post all that, then you can apply for adsense.

Great place to learn adsense for free. nichepursuitsdotcom Spencer(the site owner) can help you with any question, you also can find loads of posts and comments about adsense in there.

    Regards,

Another way to increase your AdSense earnings is to make sure you're not writing posts that are attracting low paying ads. Do some keyword research and find the subjects that are paying better in your niche and writing posts on that subject.

Also, don't forget to experiment with ad location and styles - that plays an important role too,

You ask for earnings and i must tell you that it takes **** load of efforts to earn from adsense (unless you know the tricks well). The keyword you target, the CTR value maintained, number of clicks you get and the position of ads determine how well you earn.
