My website is thezenapproach dot com I've heard that placing an ad below the title is questionable, but I am not sure. Could someone please have a look and tell me?

One more thing, anyone have any ideas on how I can improve CTR?

A good rule of thumb is to think about it in terms of the value you provide to the adsense program. Are you helping bring about conversions for advertisers or more of a drain? It is important you establish yourself with good content and real visitors that would be interested in the ads. Get that right and you will be with adsense for a long time. I believe I am close to my 10 year anniversary.

It is okay to contact me! I have been developing software since 1999, creating many popular products like phpLD.

I don't think you're violating TOS at all. I've seen a number of huge sites that have done the exact same thing for years. I've done it for years myself.

Here Adsense strongly suggests you put your user experience first, but their heatmap shows you that the most annoying spots to see an ad are the ones that perform the best:

Having the ad below the post title has never been against TOS.
It's one of the most common places to place an adsense block.

I think what you're thinking about is having a separate title specifically for your adsense ads.
Example, people used to put an adsense block in their sidebar and have the heading for it as "Navigation" or something else other than "Advertisements". Now that is against TOS.

    Dont worry about it.
Many giant persons are keeping the code below title to make money.
They did not got any problem any time.
So no need to worry about it.

      One must always say,
      Nobody here works for google.

However, people have really missed a subtle
violation. Would a google employee miss it?
      I don't think so.

Putting an ad below the title is what google actually
says to do. However, you take it a step too far.
Not only do you put a text line directly above
the ads, "Click for all posts," but you use the same color
as the links in adsense. Clear violation to me, as it
confuses people into thinking the links below are
posts. Shmoozing people on ads can be done, but
      not like that.

I would delete that text link in that location.

Also, I've said this many, many times. Dumb idea
to toss your adsense sites to the wolves at the WF.
Nope, never have done anything to anybody. I don't
because what comes around goes around, and it's
just bad for all adsense users.

A word to the wise, that's all.

You can always take a snapshot of what your question
      is about.

Congrats on that. You must have been with them since day one. People just
      panic about being banned.

Ezinearticles is pretty big too, I imagine.

Placing an ad under is fine, so long as you
        don't violate this:
Ads shouldn't be placed under a title or section heading in a way that implies that the ads are not ads.
People just quote the first part and ignore the part in bold.

Just another case of people not reading what google publishes.

    I thought it's not a big deal,

to increase your ctr, you need to bring more and more traffic to your site.
