      I just want to try a selection of different themes and really see what works best for me, all though I must agree that this one looks terrible.

      btw, the ads at the top of the page, is that good?

    Themes with clutter & distracting theme images will most likely have a very low CTR. You have to ask yourself, do you want to earn money or impress everyone with pretty theme images, very seldom will you get both.

    You ever wonder why Google SERPs are so simple looking, it's because Google knows simplicity will boost CTRs (no distractions).

      While this is true, the above site isn't the best example. Too many ads and my first instinct was to close it out without even reading the headline.
