I go for two keywords:

"keyword cost" = 1000 exact search
"keyword requirements" = 3000 exact search

I have a exact domain "keyword cost.com"

Case 1:
I will rank each keywords for each pages.
Home page: "keyword cost" ( keyword cost.com) 1 article 500 words
Sub page : "keyword requirements" ( keyword cost.com/keyword requirements/) 1 article 500 words

Case 2:

I write 1 article 1000 words for both keywords and put them together in homepage , seo multiple keyword for homepage.

If I go for case 1 , I have keyword in link for keyword requirements.
If I go for case 2, I don't need to build backlinks to two pages. I can focus build links for homepage.

My question is what case I should go ? I want to rank for both keyword easily and quickly.

Thanks

I'd say to go for Case 1. Don't worry, as you build links to your homepage, your sub-page will automatically begin to increase its ranking, so you really won't need to build twice the links.

I think no need to keep both articles in the homepage to optimize both the keywords. You can just specify the keyword at the bottom with the link to the sub-page where the article exist. This can easily help us to optimize different keywords. For example, look at this website: Customer Service Software, Live Chat Software, Email Marketing Software (look at the bottom)

We can target minimum 2 to 3 keywords for home page. So update your site with meaningful content in the home page with those keywords in it. And do all the on page optimization techniques and build backlinks through off page optimization techniques.

    I go for case 2.

Generally in SEO one can target 2-3 keywords per page. Targeting a single keyword per page will take a long time in ranking. So, I would suggest go for case 2 as it will help in build links faster with 2-3 targeted keywords for a single page.

You could go with case 1. Case 2 would have more loopholes and susceptibility. In either of the cases you will have to build backlinks. But with case 1 you just need to concentrate more on your home page rather than sub page.

You should add more than 2x 500 articles on your website. The more content you add on your website the more the search engine will love it. I would also suggest to use keywords that are related to each other when you're building your backlinks to make it look natural.

It really does not matter which case you go for... The point is, you need good content and good backlinks in either cases. I would advise you to go for case 1. Because, as a reader, I would need those 1000 words to be damn engrossing. Whereas, its easy to create an article engrossing with 500 words.
