Adsense Application Rejected due to Unacceptable Site Content

Please help me. I tried to apply for Google Adsense but they disapproved my application. Reason for disapproval: Unacceptable site content. I really don't understand why there is a problem with my blog's content. I have written all of the articles in my blog and I never copied anything.

I read Google's guidelines but I don't seem to find an answer to why my blog has unacceptable site content.

Please help me. My blog is Shyxter's Lifestyle Blog.

Thanks!

Hi, I don't have one yet. My blog is barely 3 months old and I'm still learning to put things together. Should I make one already?

Yes you should make one before you submit it to Google for Adsense approval.

I also heard they don't accept sites that are less then 6 months old.

Another thing is the Sites I love in your sidebar. Not sure if that's really an issue but they could see it as selling homepage links (maybe I go a bit too far in that but well).

Thanks so much for your help, Niko. I will make the privacy policy page and I will just re-apply when my blog is over 6 months old. About the "Sites I love" sidebar, they're just Blogroll links that is incorporated in the Blogger layout but I'm intrigued that Google may think of this as selling homepage links. Would renaming it to just Blogroll Links be okay?

I'm really confused about the unacceptable content issue. I'm a content writer and I do understand plagiarism issues. As far as I know, I wrote the posts using my own words.

That is 100% not true I have always had mine accepted without privacy statement. They want that on once accepted.

A privacy policy has nothing to do with anything, really.

6 months of age is for most people outside the US.

Like Yukon said, you talk and link to questionable SEO stuff,
affiliate junk, and, you link to a lyric site. Lyric sites are
really nothing more than copyright infringement. Add
being non-US, and you'll have a tough time getting approved.

The article on beaches in the PI is not bad at first glance.

        I'd do more like that.

Yeah I don't see any dubious content either. Maybe they just use some template and the employee was lazy.

Sites I love sounds more legit then blogroll imo. I have a private network myself and thinking to change it indeed to sites I love Anyway, why would you want to link out to sites you love in your sidebar?? I mean if you like a site why not link to it from an article or something where you mention it.

I hope there really is no problem with my content because I never posted duplicate content. Like yours, the Sites I love sidebar are just links to websites I have exchanged links with. I thought this was a pretty normal thing. Should I really try taking them out?

I wouldn't link exchange unless the sites are high relevant.

Hello! Yes, google wouldn't accept any sites age less than 6 months and be sure your site has complete contents like contact info etc etc etc. Just be sure you're site has complete and acceptable info to be sure it's safe. I hope that helped you in a way or so. Best of Luck!

Hi Chronic, thank you for your message. I'm just wondering, I've posted a few articles that talk about SEO and I have mentioned Google in these articles. I wonder if this is one of the reason why my contents are unacceptable. Could it be possible?

I've spent the last 59 months building 412 MFA sites. Each site averages 8 cents per day...I said average, some make up to 17 cents per day, PASSIVE INCOME! This income allows me to live comfortably and buy ANY flavor Jolly Rancher or Skittles I desire. Don't give in to fear, it CAN be done!

My blogger blog was only 3 weeks old when I applied for adsense and got approved within 1 hour of applying but that was 6 years ago. May be you should sign up a blogger blog and put some news related posts. Thats what I did back then. I put up some current affairs/news related loooong posts and it was approved immediately. Good luck.

I think your in the wrong niche for Adsense.

The last thing I would do is talk about SEO or earning money with any affiliate program.

The most likely reason is that the site is not 6 months old... I got rejected too, initially, and then when I applied after 6 months were over, I got accepted... and I didnt have a Privacy Policr, Disclaimer, or a TOI at that point of time...

I had my Adsense agreed on a 1 day old site last year, but I heard things have changed recently, perhaps only for certain countries though.

According to Google, in some locations including China and India, you are required to have owned your site for 6 months, besides following the Terms and Conditions, and necessary Policies.

In the meantime while you are waiting, try using alternatives to Adsense and kinda see how many clicks you can get.

Things are changed, it's getting harder and harder to get accepted, especially after Google update.
You don't have to wait until 6 months to get accepted. Just make sure you build your site in right manner. Pay attention onpage seo, LSI and keyword density, backlinks, visitors etc

It's easy to get an Adsense account, you just need to know how.

You used to be able to setup a blog account at Indyarocks, jump through some hoops that they set and hey presto, a couple of hours later you have an adsense account.

Firstly, nice new email address. Then do the following:

    1. Apply for an account at indyarocks.com.
    2. Upload 10 unique relevant images.
    3. Write two original, unique articles.
    4. Change your profile picture.
    5. Go to "My Life" tab and Apply for your google Adsense Account.

That's how it used to work.
