After Penguin update how to get extra backlinks

After penguin update from Google every one is saying that it is required to have unique content that is ok but how to get extra additional links such as click here, visit this link, etc. sort of links without content spin ?

The goal is to stay away from penalty of Over-optimization as everybody is concerned about post penguin world.

What is best way to get such kind of natural looking links without having website flag as spam ?

      According to penguin do not add anchor text into content which is meaningless. So, rather to add anchor into content set your main keywords into footer of the website. By doing this you can increase the internal linking for your website...
