Better to Bookmark (Digg, Reddit etc...) each article or main site?

I have been working on some quality Web 2.0 sites. Each one will have about 5-10 relevant unique quality articles.
Is it best to bookmark each of the articles separately or just the main page. I just want to make sure I am not overlinking.
Usually, I only place a backlink to my main site in one out of every three articles. However, each article will have one reputable link to Wikipedia, a .gov site or something like that.
