Adwords question ....

I'm a bit confused by something, I know that you can split test two versions of the same landing page by creating two identical ads and simply setting the destination URL for each landing page you want to test. In this case I have two landing pages, and I've created two ads one for each landing page, but on the keywords tab if I'm using exact, broad and phrase, what do I put in the destination URL of the keywords if I have two different landing pages? Should this be left blank or does it matter?

Thanks.

    Hi Chassm,

Leave it blank, it should not matter. All you have to do is make sure that you have set the ad campaign to "rotate" the two landing pages for an even split test and faster results. If you leave this off, Google Adwords will automatically skew the traffic to the better performing ad based on the CTR.

    Cheers!
