I switched over shopping cart companies a couple months ago and I still have a ton of old/broken URLs in google from the original shopping cart, which show up when I type on google
site:mysite.com
I've downsized my niche so with the new shopping cart I have a lot less pages and so I'm getting close to 6000 broken urls out of about 7000 total. In google webmaster tools under crawl errors it shows for
Not Found: 6000-errors.
I thought these would eventually go away/deindex on their own, but so far they have not. Is there anything I should do here? Most of these pages have no value, the pages which had value I already did a 301 redirect. Thank you

you can ask Google to deindex urls. I'm to lazy to open my own Webmaster Tools but I recently did this and my urls where gone a few days later. The option is in there somewhere.

How many did you do? To do 6000 of them individually would suck
