whats your Adsense placement after updates

Hi guys,
Have any of you started to change the position of your adsense blocks after the google updates ?
I still use the top left hand corner with text wrap, And down the right hand side bar but i know this is not how google likes the adsense to be displyed as its not good for user experiance which is strange because everytime i see ads displyed by google themself its in that position.
So is this something i need to change and what are you guys finding the best placement and getting the best CTR with ??
