Will changing URLs help?

Hi guys, I posted a question a couple of days ago about my webpages having too many bad backlinks. Those backlinks are too many to be removed manually and it will take an awful lot of time to send emails to the owners of those websites to have those backlinks removed. I was thinking if i just delete the pages that have too many backlinks and upload them again with different urls on my website. Is that a good idea, or will it be considered a deceptive measure by google?
