New account in adsense

Hello all

My wife had an adsense account for one of her website and it got canceled I assume for invalid clicks? I am writing some blogs and wanted to add adsense. Will my account be closed or not allowed because I am using the same computer(IP) although our IP is dynamic, I assume google can still see its the same computer?

    No it won't be banned from the same IP or computer. As long as your account is in a different name with a different social security or tax number you'll be fine.

      On the contrary, there is a very good chance that his account will be banned too.

        Google is decent at finding and detecting what they feel are
        duplicate accounts. They want one per person per adsense account,
        and really only want to give you ONE chance. So, if they assume
        that you or her are using another account, they pull the lever.

        But, does it matter? Do you think the odds of them thinking you
        have or have had 2 accounts are slim?

        Yes, there's a ton of people who will disagree, but I would
        think that a husband and wife with adsense accounts, same
        house, are really hedging their bets against an adsense ban.
        So, if litttle ol' me thinks that, what would google think?

        In the end, it's a moot point. If it works, it works. If not,
        no harm done. You can monetize anyway you want.

        Of course you could hang out at starbucks all day long
        or other such locations.
