I need answer to a question related to AdSense, Plz Help Experts

Currently I am using my friend's adsense ad code on my blog(which is adsense friendly). Now i want to create my own adsense account using that blog, Can i apply? can i approved?

    IF you are from certain countries, India and China immediately come to mind...but make sure your country isn't listed...then you can't get Adsense until your site is 6 months old.
